Né à Londres, il se lance dans une carrière de musicien, avant de réaliser que ses compétences en tant que guitariste ne sont pas très élevées et qu’il a surtout envie de faire du cinéma. Il étudie ainsi la réalisation avant de travailler pour diverses sociétés de production, tout en bricolant chez lui des vidéos et des courts métrages. Il signe son premier long métrage, le thriller Under Control, en 2015. Deux ans plus tard, son film de superhéros londonien, iBoy, est la première production britannique de pour Netflix.

Born in London, he tried his luck as a musician before realizing that he was a below average guitar player, and really wanted to make films. He studied filmmaking before working for various production companies, while making homemade shorts and videos in his spare time. He moved into features in 2015 with the thriller Level Up. Two years later, his second film iBoy, introducing a London superhero, was the first UK Netflix Original Film.
