Simone Ringer

Après des études d’arts, Simone Ringer fonde en 2013 le groupe de rock Minuit aux côtés de son frère Raoul Chichin et des musiciens Joseph Delmas, Tanguy Truhé et Klem Aubert. Elle collabore à la composition et assure le chant, l’écriture ainsi que l’identité visuelle et stylistique du groupe. Leur premier EP éponyme paraît en 2015, suivi de trois années de tournée qui valent à Minuit une nomination aux Victoires de la musique 2017 dans la catégorie Révélation Scène. En 2018, le groupe publie son premier album, Vertigo.
Riche de cette expérience, Simone Ringer entame une carrière solo. Aux côtés de Michael Lovett du groupe Metronomy, elle produit l’EP Intentionnel paru en 2024. En juin dernier, elle dévoile un nouveau single, Bouche en Feu.
Artiste totale, Simone Ringer conçoit autour de sa musique un univers singulier mêlant costumes, danse et arts visuels. Revendiquant l’influence du cabaret, elle façonne un imaginaire traversé par le fantastique qui nourrit et prolonge son art.

After studying arts, Simone Ringer founded the rock band Minuit in 2013 alongside her brother Raoul Chichin and musicians Joseph Delmas, Tanguy Truhé, and Klem Aubert. She collaborated in composing and was responsible for the vocals, writing, and the visual and stylistic identity of the band. Their debut EP was released in 2015, followed by three years of touring that earned Minuit a nomination at the 2017 Victoires de la Musique in the Stage Revelation category. In 2018, the band released its first album, Vertigo.
Building on this experience, Simone Ringer embarked on a solo career. Alongside Michael Lovett from the band Metronomy, she co-produced the EP Intentionnel released in 2024. Last June, she unveiled a new single: Bouche en Feu.
A multidisciplinary artist, Simone Ringer creates a unique universe around her music, blending costumes, dance, and visual arts. Embracing the influence of cabaret, she crafts an imaginary world infused with the fantastic, which nourishes and extends her artistic expression.
